One-Week Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a one-week satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within one week of the delivery date, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return request must be initiated within one week of the delivery date.
  2. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.
  4. Products purchased through authorized Radiesence retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@radiesence.com or +923374660066, providing your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refund and Exchange Process

  1. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  2. Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement product within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.
